Police believe the couple had been dead for 17 days prior to being
discovered in the cesspool
and they are not releasing any information as to what led them to
the cesspool.
July 28, 2008 - James Soares Jr., accused of killing his parents,
appears in Providence District Court
before Judge Michael Higgins this morning. He was ordered held
without bail at the ACI.
