aqueduct in Hesperia near Interstate 15, is shown in a file photo,
date unknown. Wayne Adam Ford, 36, of Arcata, Calif., who admitted
his role in the slaying of Tamez, was being held on murder charges
in the Humboldt County Jail under $1 million bail.
