Gaston Dominici, accused of the triple murder of an English
family on his grounds, being escorted in Digne
by policemen to the police station where judges inspected a car
identical to that of Sir Jack Drummond's.
In the Digne region on August 5, 1952, the Drummond family was
murdered in Lurs, near a farm
belonging to Gaston Dominici. After many months of interrogations,
Gaston Dominici, accused by his own
sons, ended up admitting he was responsible for the crime to
Commissioner Edmond Sebeille. He is said
to have had inappropriate behavior towards Lady Drummond.
