on trial for the murder of his wife Hanja Kaplany.

California parole board in
a controversial decision that allowed
this savage killer to be released so that he could become a
missionary
physician at a clinic
in Taiwan; he violated his parole
by saying that California no longer had jurisdiction over
him once
he was in Taiwan and moved to Germany, where he worked as physician
in a
hospital until his
murder was exposed and he was fired; he
became a German citizen
so that he could not be extradited
to the
U.S., for prosecution of his parole violation.
