Zinkhan's red Jeep Liberty was found on the night of
April 30, 2009,
in northwest Clarke County, Georgia.
Fugitive muder suspect George Martin Zinkhan III dug his own
grave and covered himself with debris before
firing a single bullet
into his head, investigators told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The victims
Marie E. Bruce, pictured here in the 2004 production of Les
Liaisons Dangereuses, was one of three victims
shot and killed on
Saturday at the Athens Community Theater. Bruce was married to the
alleged
shooter and UGA professor, George M. Zinkhan III.

Tom Tanner, second from left, seen here with friends from the

The 40-year-old was shot and
killed on Saturday. All three victims were shot multiple times,
but
Tanner received the most wounds.
